Who doesn’t love a creamy, perfectly blended Shakeology? After almost 3 years of drinking Shakeology every day, I believe I’ve found the perfect way to make sure it’s creamy! Maybe you guys are smarter than I am, but it took me a while to figure out how to get this right.
The first key is banana. Banana is the creamy factor! If you’re doing the color coded, portion control containers, you know 1/2 a banana is 1 purple. So, what I do with my ripe bananas is cut them in half so they are already the perfect portion, take off the skin and then put them in a freezer bag. Stick them in a freezer and they’re ready to grab and throw in your shake! It makes the preparing faster and the frozen banana, in my opinion, helps with the creaminess. I prefer them frozen to fresh. Hope this tip helps you really make the best shake possible and save a little of time during that morning rush!
