Healthy Caramel Apple Dip


You guys!!!  I can’t tell you how excited I am to share this dip with you!  My mom used to make a caramel apple dip that was so amazing I could eat it alone, but it was filled with a ton of sugar and cream cheese.  YUMMY…YES!  Good for you, no!  The key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle lies often in making foods we love, just healthier.  This will be a pretty common snack for me now.  Hope you enjoy it too!  Share away!

     Healthy Caramel Apple Dip

  • 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Raw Honey
  • Dash of Cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients together until smooth.  It makes a large helping, so I use a small       portion and put the rest in the refrigerator.  Enjoy with apple slices or other fruit!
