Post Run Fruit and Yogurt Bowl

I have been intrigued with the bowl meals I’ve seen and wanting to try one for myself.  I’m so glad I did after my run this week.  It turned out to be the perfect way to refresh and refuel my body.  So yummy because the strawberries are in season now and were super sweet.  Try a variety of fruits and ingredients to find what you love best…but this one was awesome!  Enjoy

Post Run Breakfast Bowl

Plain Greek Yogurt 3/4 cup

Gluten Free Granola (I like to use Bakery on Main’s Nutty Cranberry Maple)

Strawberries, blueberries & 1/4 banana

Sprinkle of unsweetened coconut flakes

1 tsp Chia Seeds

Drizzle of honey (I used honey from my brother’s bees), use raw honey

Put all ingredients together in a bowl, stir and enjoy for energy!
